Elsa Ramo – General Counsel
Elsa Ramo is an entertainment attorney, representing production companies as well as individual financiers and producers in the entertainment industry. Elsa graduated from University of San Diego School of Law, and began her career at Davis Dixon Kirby LLP as an associate establishing their Los Angeles Office. She founded her own firm when she was approached by several clients to handle their independent productions in 2005 at the Universal Studios backlot. Her firm is now located in Beverly Hills. The focus of her practice is to be a legal resource to film financiers, producers and other creative individuals in the film, music and television industries.

Elsa Ramo produced GHOST GAME and CULT (Taryn Manning); was an associate producer for THE LAST SENTINEL; and co-produced A WOMAN CALLED JOB (Adam Garcia), IN NORTHWOOD (Nick Stahl and Olivia Wilde), and HECKLER (Jamie Kennedy).
Ramo is a member of four Bar Associations (California, American, Beverly Hills, & Los Angeles), and a member of Film Independent, Women in Film, California Lawyers for the Arts and is the founder of PEFA (a professional organization for female attorneys in the entertainment industry).
She has been a panel speaker at Boston University School of Law, the Slamdance Film Festival, the San Diego Film Festival, University of California at Los Angeles, University of San Diego Law School, and the University of Southern California. She has lectured on film financing for the California Lawyers for the Arts, Film Independent and the Institute for International Film Financing. In May 2010, she was awarded an Artistic License Award by California Lawyers for the Arts for her outstanding pro-bono work providing artists and arts organizations with legal services.

Jeremy Po - Informant Media Investor Relations Asia
Jeremy Po has served in various capacities in business development, fund raising and marketing for several telecommunications, technology and interactive marketing firms for 15 years. Serving as President at TR Media Inc., Po was responsible for the development of a portfolio of interactive media and online media properties that were later sold to a well-known online media firm. Po has consulted with online media and interactive media firms such as catcha.com in Asia and adcando.com. Po also provided interactive and online media marketing consulting services to USANA Health Sciences, Bennigans, Dial Corporation and Matrixx Initiatives, makers of Zicam.
